Rotary Position Sensors

Magni-Hall® contactless rotary position sensors are based on true solid-state 'hall-voltage/magnetic-field' measurement technology. Sensor designs are available with single or dual outputs and design benefits, include improved output signal linearization over the measurement range, overall sensor accuracy and higher operating temperatures compared to similar position sensor products. The measurement range is up to 360° and the sensors are a versatile position measurement solution in control and monitoring systems that experience severe shock and vibration or suffer fluid and debris contamination. The measurement range of Magni-Hall® sensors is specified by the customer when ordering (in 1° increments).

MHR0500 series
MHR0500 miniature Magni-Hall® rotary position sensors are ideal for applications that require a sensor which is compact and will fit conveniently into a limited space, or there is a need for extremely low mass. Operating shaft set between ‘two’ stainless steel ball-race, low-friction bearings. Sensing circuit sealed to IP67 & IP69K.

MHR0900 series
MHR0900 Magni-Hall® rotary position sensors are interchangeable with synchro mount type potentiometers. The sensing circuit is fully encapsulated (sealed IP68 & IP69K), making them ideal for measurement systems that experience severe shock and vibration. The 1/8th (3.17mm)Ø operating shaft is set between ‘two’ stainless steel ball-race, low-friction bearings.
